  • Provide the files to others outside of your development team

4. User Responsibility

By using this platform, you agree:

  • Not to misuse purchased content

  • Not to engage in fraudulent activity

  • To use purchased assets only within the allowed license

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • That products will meet your expectations

  • Compatibility with all use cases

  • That products will be error-free

6. Platform Role

NTD DevHub acts as a marketplace for third-party creators and is not the original creator of listed products.

7. Limitation of Liability

NTD DevHub is not liable for:

  • Any damages resulting from use of products

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business

  • Issues caused by third-party creators

8. Account & Access

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Remove access to content

If users violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property & DMCA

If you believe content on this platform infringes your rights, you may submit a request in accordance with our DMCA Policy.

10. International Use & Legal Compliance
